Dr. Boštjan Čampa is a psychotherapist, supervisor, and mentor in Couple and Family Therapy, and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). He began active therapeutic work in 2011, offering individual, couple, and family therapy, as well as group workshops and training seminars. His approach integrates Somatic Experiencing (SE™) and Relational Family Therapy with solution-oriented elements. He specializes in helping couples in crisis (conflict, separation, infidelity, addiction, aggression, withdrawal, depression) and individuals struggling with anxiety (including social anxiety), addictions (internet, alcohol, porn, gambling, work, gaming, eating disorders), and their loved ones. He offers a tailored program for men (personal growth, crisis, emotional regulation, potential development) – both group and individual. He also provides personal/business counseling (drawing on his IT and team leadership experience from 1997–2017), and individual or group (meta)supervision for psychotherapists and social care professionals.
